Mul Muri aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity and brand standards.
Return Process
At the time of receipt, please ensure the product is in the desired condition. If it is not, contact us at info@mulmuri.com or the phone number provided on your receipt, along with a valid reason. Upon review, the product may be returned to Mul Muri for a full refund.Â
Domestic Orders
For orders delivered within our primary operating region, exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Requests must be initiated within the specified exchange period.
Refunds are not offered for domestic orders unless the product is confirmed to be defective or materially non-conforming at the time of delivery.
Exchange-related shipping costs may apply unless the exchange is due to a verified defect.
International Orders
For orders delivered outside our primary operating region, customers may request a return or withdrawal within 2 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection standards and the conditions below:
• The product must be returned in unused, unworn, and resaleable condition.
• All tags, packaging, and accompanying materials must be included.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.
• Mul Muri reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or made-to-order products;
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective or materially inconsistent with the order at the time of delivery, customers must notify Mul Muri within 2 days.
Upon verification, Mul Muri may, at its discretion:
• Provide a replacement;
• Offer repair;
• Issue a full or partial refund.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under relevant international consumer protection laws.
